u 产品描述 Product Description
F2515 是在 25 微米的聚萘二甲酸乙二酯(PEN)基材表面,涂覆 15 微米热固型聚合物树脂涂层的边框膜。F2515 具有对全氟磺酸 PFSA 质子交换膜和 CCM 具有较好的粘结性,粘结后边框膜具有耐高温,耐高湿,耐强酸腐蚀的特性,可以通过 1000 小时一百摄氏度沸水测试,0.1%硫酸 90 摄氏度和冷却液浸泡测试。
F2515 is a frame gasket film of 25μm polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) film with 15μm thermal curable polymer adhesive coating. F2515 has high adhesion with perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSA) membranes and catalyst coated membrane (CCM). After adhesion, the sealed film has good temperature and humidity stability (pass 100℃ boiling water test 1000 hour), strong acid corrosion resistance (0.1% sulfuric acid at 90℃ immersion test) and coolant liquid resistance.

u 使用说明 Process Guide
- 去除 50 微米的 PET 保护膜。将 50 微米 PET 保护膜和底层材料分开,露出粘结层。
- 将带有粘结层的 PEN 边框膜,先与 CCM 和边框膜初步贴合,达到均无气泡的预贴合;
- 然后平板或对辊热压,达到完全贴合。贴合工艺参数:140~150 ℃、0.1~0.6 MPa、15~30 秒,也可根据客户的工况条件和实际效果调整,以达到最佳参数。
- Remove the 50 micron PET protective film. Separate the 50 micron PET protective film from the base material to expose the adhesive layer.
- The PEN frame film with the adhesive layer is initially attached to the CCM and the frame film to achieve pre-lamination without air bubbles;
- Then the flat plate or the roller is hot-pressed to achieve complete lamination. Lamination process parameters: 140~150 ℃, 0.1~0.6 MPa, 15~30 seconds, and can also be adjusted according to the customer's working conditions and actual effects to achieve the best parameters.
